I have been following the Bright Line Eating principles faithfully since September 25, 2019. (After attempting to do it last May "to a degree", not fully Bright, and with my Stevia and creamer in my coffee - it didn't work so well!!) I am thrilled to say, I started 100% Bright Lines in September, and IT WORKS!!! I am no longer "obese", and now, I am actually 5 lbs away from being "Normal" weight. In every program I have ever done, I have never survived through the Maintenance Phase. But this is so easily planned out, I am certain Maintenance will be accomplished. I will update in a few months to keep you posted!!UPDATE: 11/1/2019 - I cooked several recipes from the BLE Cookbook. I LOVE the Texas Cavier, Hamburger & Cabbage Stir-Fry, and Cauliflower Fried Rice. I made several other meals as well - these are some of my favorites!! Also, since then, I decided to "increase" my water intake. I am happy to report I am NOW NORMAL WEIGHT!!! Since I am at the high side of normal, I will continue with my BLE eating GOAL: Eat this way for LIFE!!
